I’m interested, what next?
In the first instance we’d book a consultation call to find out what you are looking for and how we could work together. Team coaching may need a few conversations to understand what is needed and put together the most effective approach.
Individual sessions last around 60 minutes and usually form part of a programme over several months. Team sessions would be 2 to 3 hours. The space between sessions is important to take forward actions and for further reflection on the insights gained. Transformational change can take time but many clients start to see results after our first few sessions together.
